Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub
Azure credits, Microsoft 365 and dev tooling for founders.
Magpie's verdict · Worth taking
Self-serve application, no VC-backed gate and the bundled tooling is high-value beyond just Azure credits.
About
Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub is Microsoft's self-serve startup program. Up to $150,000 in credits across Azure (including OpenAI access via Azure), GitHub Enterprise, Microsoft 365 and developer tools. No mandatory VC backing or accelerator affiliation. Worth taking even if you're not primarily on Azure, because the bundled dev tooling alone (GitHub Enterprise, Visual Studio, OpenAI via Azure) is meaningful for an early-stage team.
Eligibility
Self-serve application via the Microsoft for Startups portal. An investor referral code is optional, not required. Full eligibility on the Microsoft Founders Hub page.
