About
Stripe Atlas is Stripe's incorporation product for Delaware C-corps and LLCs. Atlas-incorporated founders get $2,500 in Stripe product credits in year one plus over $50,000 in partner discounts (Mercury, AWS, Xero and others listed on the Atlas page). The perks are bundled with the incorporation flow, not a standalone program. Worth taking if you're already going to use Stripe Atlas to incorporate; the perks are a meaningful add-on, not a reason to switch incorporation paths.
Eligibility
Founders who incorporate a Delaware C-corp or LLC through Stripe Atlas ($500 setup, $100/year registered agent). Perks ship as part of the Atlas onboarding flow.
